Keep Democracy Afloat: Vote
Description
AIGA Get Out the Vote: Empowering the Women’s Vote
Submitted By: Angie Cibis

Artist Statement: This work stems from my sense of responsibility to use design for the greater good. I want to communicate that voting is so fundamental to democracy that many women were willing to fight and die for the right to cast a ballot.
When more of us are informed and involved, we elect representatives whose decisions improve lives in concrete ways. Many elections are decided by small margins, so each vote is critical!
I urge fellow Americans to elect candidates that represent positive change – not only for their own lives but for families in under-represented communities as well.
