AIGA Get Out the Vote: Empowering the Women’s Vote
Submitted By: Sarah Halicki
AIGA Chapter: San Francisco
Artist Statement: The V sign has evolved through the decades, from World War II's "V for Victory" to the Peace sign of the 60s. For the 19th Amendment's centennial, the sign takes on a new meaning of "V is for Voting," and who better to showcase this reinvented sign than an iconic American woman? Lady Liberty wants you to exercise your right to vote!
