AIGA Get Out the Vote: Empowering the Women’s Vote
Submitted By: Margo Halverson
AIGA Chapter: Maine
Artist Statement: This poster is a collaboration between Margo Halverson and Tricia Treacy. With analog making methods and inspiration from a 1920 Carrie Chapman Catt's quote, this piece intends to promote visceral nudges to get women to the polls. Those who came before us understood what we need to be reminded of today: that the vote is the emblem of equality and the guarantee of liberty. For all.
