Artist Statement: To illustrate that voting is integral to the future and strength of communities, and that we are voting as members of diverse communities, the word "Vote" appears from within the words for "Neighbor" in Haitian Creole, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Filipino, Japanese, and Vietnamese.
